Recipe for the Week : Home Made Vitamin Water
After the extravagances of Xmas and New Season, why not provide a increase with some home made supplement water – it has essentially zero calorie consumption but is loaded with taste and nutrients!
What you need…
1 cup pineapple (cubed or sliced)
1 cup clean or frozen raspberries
2 sprigs of clean mint
Half a lime and/or lemon
2-3 inch piece of stem cinnamon (peeled and cut into cubes)
500ml – 1,000ml water
ice pieces (optional)
What to do…
1. Place the cinnamon into a normal size dish and use a wood made scoop to grind a little bit, launching the taste, then add the cinnamon to a cup glass pitcher.
2. Crush the great results in in your hand and tear the results in a little bit before including to the cup pitcher.
3. Place the clean fruit in a normal size dish and again use a wood made scoop to lightly press and twist the clean fruit, launching the juice and taste, then add the clean fruit to the cup pitcher.
4. Fill the cup pitcher with cold water, including ice if desired, and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
5. Enjoy a cold cup of this fruity viatmin-packed water anytime!
N.B: Consume the water within 3 days.
